I brought Mimi back to Sienna’s apartment, fed her, and put her back in the crate as instructed. The Chihuahua whined when I closed the crate door, and I patted her for another minute before leaving her alone.

It was almost noon when I was back to my own apartment. I made a simple egg sandwich for lunch, and then I searched for jobs again. A notification icon popped up on my screen, and it took me to one of the tutoring websites I had applied for. It turned out that my application was approved, and I also got a tutoring request—Yes! I didn’t wait to check the details. A student needed help with a pre-calculus class he took online. Perfect. I taught the course many times. I didn’t wait to schedule an appointment with him.

After organizing the study, which I would use as my teaching space, I put on swim trunks and headed for the community’s pool. I loved swimming but seldom had the luxury for it except during school breaks. Normally, I used the gym for quick workouts. The pool was away from the buildings and was rather reclusive, which made it a perfect place to relax. It was a weekday afternoon, and the residents here were mostly still working, so the pool was empty when I arrived. Overjoyed, I jumped in immediately and swam nonstop until I was out of breath. After swimming on my back for a few more laps, I got up and lay on a chaise lounge to read an eBook I had downloaded from Amazon. Although I was a math professor, my favorite pastime was reading, and my favorite genres were sci-fi and fantasy. Jenny made fun of me sometimes, saying I was unrealistic. She preferred reading non-fiction books. Well, that had been another sign our relationship wouldn’t have lasted.

I was in the middle of a dramatic scene when I heard footsteps approaching. I couldn’t take my eyes off my tablet until I saw the person from the corner of my eye. I looked up, getting ready to say hi. But when I saw the woman with a stunning figure, my breath caught, and I forgot how to speak. I couldn’t see her face because of her enormous sunglasses. She was swaying toward me in a red bikini, her brown curls billowing on her shoulders. Her plump tits looked as if they were ready to spill out of the tiny top and those mile-long legs! Just imagining them wrapping around me made me groan. Shit. I hoped I wasn’t getting a pants tent.

My heart raced as the goddess walked straight toward me; her lips curved, and she waved at me. I waved back. Damn. I recognized the pearly smile.

I sat up straight in my chair when the goddess took off her glasses in front of me. “Hi Jeff!”

Holy shit. My mouth opened for a few seconds before I could speak. “Sienna?”

Sienna looked puzzled for a minute. “You look as if I shouldn’t be here.”

“Not at all,” I explained.
